Internet Explorer Browser and Trusted Sites
How to configure Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer, select Tools, and then choose Internet Options.
- Click Security, and then select Custom Level located under the Security Level for this Zone
- Scroll to the Scripting section, select Enable under the Scripting of Java Applets section, and then click OK.
- Under the Security level for this zone section under the Securitytab, use your pointer to set the slider to Medium.
- Under the Privacy tab, click Advanced, select Accept under the First Party Cookiesand the Third Party Cookies sections, respectively, and then click OK to apply your settings.
- Click the Refresh icon on the toolbar.
How to configure Trusted Sites for Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer, select Tools, and then choose Internet Options.
- Click on the Security, and then select the green check mark labeled Trusted Sites located under the Security Level for this Zone Click on Sites when it appears.
- Under Add this web site to the zone enter *.iconf.net. Make sure the check box Require server verification (https :) for all sites in this zone is unchecked.
- Click Add, then click Close. Click OK to apply your settings.
- Click the Refresh icon on the toolbar.
Chrome Browser with Trusted Sites
How to configure Chrome:
- Open Chrome.
- Go to the 3 dots on the top right hand corner and go to Settings.
- On the left hand side, locate and click on Advanced.
- Click on Privacy and security.
- Locate and click on Site Settings.
- Scroll down, locate and click on Pop-ups and redirects.
- Locate the Allow section and add two trusted sites as follows:
- Click on Add.
- Type in com and click Add to save.
- Click on Add
- Type in net and click Add to save.
- The two sites are added to the list.
Firefox Browser (No Trusted Site Configuration)
How to configure Firefox:
- Open the Tools menu located on your Firefox toolbar.
- Select Options.
- Select the Privacy category and open the Cookies menu by clicking the + next to it, and then check the box next to Enable cookies.
- Select the Web Features category and check the boxes next to Enable Java and Enable JavaScript, and then click on Advanced and make sure all the boxes are checked.
- Click OK.
- Click the Reload button/icon on the toolbar.
Safari Browser (No Trusted Site Configuration)
How to configure Safari:
Note: Safari version 12 is not supported.
- Open the Safari menu located on your Safari toolbar.
- Select Preferences.
- Click on Security.
- Under Web Content, check the boxes next to Enable plug-ins, Enable Java and Enable JavaScript.
- Under Accept Cookies. select Always.
- Close the preferences window.
- Click the Reload button/icon on the toolbar.
